Both core-image-minimal and core-image-minimal-initramfs are being built
every time for each BSP, but this is unnecessary. Make sure that if a
board is tested by tftpboot with an initramfs that it only builds the
initramfs image (not core-image-minimal), while if it's going to test
using an SDMux to image a microSD card it only builds
core-image-minimal.

Remove hard-coded references to the bananapi-f3, since the milkv-duo256m
BSP will be tested this way too.
